Creating a new project
  1. Firstly, click on Create a Project.
  2. Then, press on Movie.
  3. Next, choose the recording that you wish to import.
  4. After that, press on Create Movie.

  1. Firstly, press any of the videos for displaying the editing tools.

  2. Then, click the gear at the right-hand side corner for accessing the project settings.
  3. After that, choose the Theme that you wish to choose.

  1. Without choosing any of the clips, click the gear symbol. It will be placed on the right-hand side corner.
  2. Then, choose the filter that you wish to apply.
  3. Lastly, click on Done.

  1. Firstly, click on the clip you wish to use the effect on.
  2. Then, click on the three-circles located in the end at the right-hand side corner.
  3. Next, choose the effect you wish to apply.
To add a transition
  1. Firstly, press on the transition.
  2. Then, choose the animation you wish it to do.
  3. After that, click wherever else you want on display for applying the changes.
To include the picture-in-picture effect in iMovie
  1. Firstly, click on the +symbol.
  2. Then, choose the video you wish to include.
  3. After that, click on ellipses. 
  4. Lastly, press on Picture in Picture.
Downloading or sharing the iMovie video
  1. Firstly, click on Done.
  2. Then, press on the Share option.
  3. After that, choose Save Video.
